We're publishing the first quarter's thermal-cycling and dust-ingress dataset from the Scout-7 seal program. 14,400 cumulative thermal cycles across four seal candidates, recorded under closed-loop CO2 atmosphere at Martian surface pressures. Headline finding: the elastomer-A candidate retained 96.4% of nominal seal pressure after the full cycle count, a 3.1 point improvement over the legacy spec. Production transition is in flight for Scout-7 units shipping after September 2026.
